Shrimp Toast

Ingridients:
1 lb. minced fresh shrimps
1 tsp ginger juice
1 tsp. white wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg white
1 tsp cornstarch
6 sliced bread, trimmed and quartered
2 tsps chopped ham
2 tsps chopped parsley
cooking oil for deep frying

In a mixing bowl, mix first 7 ingridients,
Spread 1 tbsp. of mixture to bread.
Sprinkle with chopped ham and parsley
Heat cooking oil, fry bread until golden brown
Remove, rest on paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve Hot! Yummy!
